Geoff is basically like the older brother we never had, the sort of guy you look up to without feeling threatened by. He does produce content which is essentially commentary on other fitness YouTubers, but unlike many others who also do this, Geoff doesn't appear to do it in a negative or malicious way. He seems to be a person with integrity and is very honest about his own training a lifestyle.
